Cancellation & Lateness Policies
- Plan Ahead: Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to retain your $25 fee.
- Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Forfeit the full amount of the fee.
- Tardiness: Arrive more than 10 minutes late, and we’ll need to reschedule, resulting in a 100% fee loss.
- Confirm to Keep: Replying to our confirmation texts is a must to hold onto your spot.
