How Are Invisible Hair Extensions Applied?

Invisible Hair Extensions are methods of hair extensions that utilize a Beaded Weft Track System.

A Beaded Weft Track System goes by many names such as Beaded Weft Hair Extensions, Invisible Beaded Weft Extensions, and others.

First, your stylist will take determine how many rows or track you will need. You can see what a row of hair looks like in the picture below.

Depending on how much hair you will be adding you will need between 1 and 3 rows.

Women who are just adding volume will need 1 row and most women adding length and volume will need 2.

But if you are adding extreme and dramatic length then you will most likely need 3 rows.

After your stylist creates the row they will begin forming the “Beaded Track“.

To create the track your stylist will take sections of your natural hair and feed it through a small aluminum bead. This process will be repeated in 1 inch increments until a track of your natural hair is created along the entire length of the row.

The completed track serves as a secure attachment point where the extension are sewn onto.

Once the Track is formed your stylist will then sew or tie a weft of hair extensions to the track.

A hair weft is a bundle of extension hair that has been micro-sewn at the top into a very thin layer.

Your stylist will securely sew the hair weft onto the row, instantly adding volume and length to your hair.

Because the attachment point and the weft are both very thin, the extensions are completely invisible. There is no noticeable bump. And your stylist should be applying a root shadow to the extensions to seamlessly blend them with the color of your natural hair.

Why Should You Choose Invisible Hair Extensions?

Invisible – Invisible Hair Extensions instantly add length and volume to your hair and are also completely invisible. Invisible Hair Extensions methods are hidden even when worn up in a pony tail or bun.

Secure – They are extremely secure and can be worn at the gym, when swimming and in any other situation where other  types of extension like tapes and bonds would cause issues.

Comfortable – Many clients swear that they forget that they are even in their hair after just a few days of wearing them.

Safe – Invisible Hair Extensions do not use sticky tape, adhesives, visible beads, or glue. With Invisible Hair Extensions there is no contact between your scalp and the beads, making them comfortable to wear and less irritating to the scalp. The wefts are stitched into a beaded foundation. This makes the weight of the weft evenly distributed through your hair, resulting in a tangle-free, healthy grow-out!

Invisible hair extensions where created to solve three significant issues that extensions caused prior to the development of these modern day hand tied attachment methods.

1st: The damage to the client’s hair and scalp caused by hair extension methods that attach the extension hair directly to the natural hair.

2nd: Irritation due to the contact of beads on the scalp.

3rd: Lack of versatility and styling options of other hair extension methods.

Our invisible hair extensions eliminate all three of these issues and help stylists across the world to do the same.

How Are Beaded Hair Extensions Applied?

Invisible extensions use several rows of extension hair that wrap around the back of the head in a horseshoe shape. Typically, the application of the extensions is between 1 to 3 rows of hair. The beads stay hidden under the wefts of hair that are placed above the beaded row.
