Memberships are billed on a monthly or yearly basis and can be canceled following an initial commitment of 31 days to 365 days after registration. Clients must utilize their retie service before the last day of the billing cycle, as it will expire 30 days after the payment of membership dues.
Complimentary Birthday Blowout: To take advantage of your complimentary birthday blowout, please ensure it is redeemed within 30 days of your birthday, accompanied by a valid ID. Members must have an active membership at the time of service to qualify for this offer.
• If payment is not updated within this time, your membership will be automatically canceled, and all benefits will be lost.
• To reinstate your membership, you must re-enroll in person at one of our salons, pay full price for your next retie, and observe a 31-day waiting period before membership benefits resume.
